Our return and exchange policy was created to allow us to keep our prices as low as possible. It is as follows:

Refunds may be obtained within 30 days from the delivery for any merchandise that is unused and resalable, in its original new condition and original packaging with the exception of our lipsticks. Lipsticks cannot be returned due to Covid restrictions. A photo is required in this process of the item(s) being returned. These restrictions are due to product control and health regulations. Elemanbeauty.com will not accept any returns/exchanges after 30 days of purchase.

Return Procedure. All returns must be approved in advance, by us via email or phone, within 30 days of receiving the product. You will receive a return authorization number and address within 24 hours.

ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURN IS SUBJECT TO A 25% FEE TO COVER RESTOCKING. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN#).

Please carefully check the above statements and carefully consider the Return Policy before purchasing any of our items. Under no circumstances will we exempt anyone from this Return Policy.
